Florida Dance Gym offers a beginner adult tap dance class for ages 18 and up every Wednesday from 7:45 to 8:30 PM at our studio on N Martin Luther King Jr Ave in Clearwater, taught by owner Natasha Adams.

Always wanted to learn tap?
Tap dance is one of the most approachable ways for an adult to start dancing. You don't need experience, special skills or the "dancer" label. This class is designed for adults who:

- Want a fun way to move

- Want a relaxed weekly activity
What you'll do
Beginner Adult Tap at Florida Dance Gym is a welcoming, no-pressure class in Clearwater. You'll learn tap basics, build rhythm and coordination, get moving, and have fun, at a beginner pace, with other adults who are starting out too.
What to wear
Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Any style or type of tap shoe is welcome.

Learn tap with Natasha Adams
Natasha Adams, owner and director of Florida Dance Gym, teaches Beginner Adult Tap. She started dancing at age three and has trained in tap and clogging along with acro, jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary and hip hop. She began teaching as a teenager, danced professionally for the NBA Gatorade League, and opened her first dance studio at age 20 before bringing that experience to Clearwater.
